CUT & CREASE OPERATOR
THE ROLE
We are looking for an experienced Cut & Crease Operator to run a Novacut 106 3.0 Auto Platen Press working a double shift pattern. The operator shall be responsible for setting and operating the machine whilst ensuring maximum efficiencies and high-quality output.
A BIT ABOUT YOU
Minimum of 3 years’ experience of running Bobst & Iberica machines would be advantageous but not essential.
- Ability to cover overtime and holiday when required.
- Be able to work effectively as part of a team, whilst using your own initiative.
- Experience with Embossing / Debossing & Concora desirable.
- Attention to detail.
KEY RESPONSIBILITES
- The making ready and running of the Cut & Crease machine.
- To maximise machine efficiencies.
- To achieve and maintain high quality standards.
- To ensure all QMS records are completed accurately and in full.
- To ensure the integrity of shop floor data collection.
- To complete Preventative Maintenance Schedule
- To complete and maintain high housekeeping standards within the area.
- To ensure running speeds are in line with KPI targets.
- To comply with the Company’s Human Resource Management Systems, Quality Management Systems and Health and Safety policies and Procedures.
